I have helped many hosts go from zero to Superhost in a short period of time. If you’re new to hosting and want to give it a go yourself, this service may be for you!
initial consult $150
60 minute on site or online consult to discuss your goals, property, listing and areas of need.
I am there to answer any questions you have about how to get started e.g. how to set up your listing, develop a price strategy, useful tools. Anything that can help you achieve your goals.
styling & photography

Leke Design Studio is the design and styling component of our business.
consult only $150
60 minute on site or online consult to discuss you goals, areas for improvement and general vision.
Within that time, I talk you through ideas and recommendations of ways to optimise the look and feel of your property.
From here you can decide if you’d like a more comprehensive styling package. If so, the consult fee will be deducted from the cost of the next package up.

Complete service from consult to design to setup and style.
